Your Home’s First Line of Defense Against Termites

Here at Seaton Pest Control, we prefer a liquid treatment for termites with Fipronil. We install a continuous termite barrier treatment around the foundation of the home. Fipronil is an undetectable product to termites that, once applied, provides 24-hour-a-day protection for years against termites. If termites come inside the Fipronil Barrier, they unknowingly transfer the termite treatment to the rest of the colony. We offer Termite Damage Warranties with every treatment. It’s our job to keep termites from getting to your home!

Native termites are serious, but usually slower and more predictable, while Formosan termites require fast action and professional treatment to prevent major damage.

Here in South Louisiana, Formosan termites start swarming in spring and reach peak swarm around Mother’s Day weekend.

You should try to keep all outdoor lights off from dusk till dawn. This helps keep the swarmers from being attracted to your home. One benefit of being a customer at Seaton Pest Control is that we offer free rechecks if they do swarm your home.

Pest Control

Here at Seaton Pest Control, we offer quarterly pest control every 90 days and service the inside and outside of your home.

We don’t require yearly contracts. We have to earn your business every 90 days. The occasional dead bug is what we call success! You should not be seeing live bugs!

  1. We treat all of the interior of the home for any indoor pest.
  2. We broom the exterior, eaves, and carports of the home.
  3. We treat 3ft around the exterior of the foundation of the home to keep a barrier between your home and pests.
  4. We spread 3-5lbs of Bifen granules around the exterior of the home and treat all identifiable ant mounds.
  5. On top of all this, we provide one free retreatment between services if required.
